Shakur Stevenson produced a career best performance as he added Oscar Valdez's WBC title to his mantle via unanimous decision, even sending Valdez to the canvas last night in Las Vegas. Stevenson's night got even better when he proposed to his girlfriend in the ring following his victory.

However, things seemed to go downhill from there. On what should have been the greatest night of Stevenson's young career thus far, his post fight press conference unfortunately turned ugly.
Firstly, Stevenson's press conference began without the belts present, prompting Stevenson to ask someone from his team to deliver them. Stevenson then shouted at the crowd on the side to quiet down as he couldn't hear the question.
Then, Stevenson's eyes veered off to the left, and stayed that way. This was because security wouldn't allow his mother to enter the conference. Mid question, Stevenson stopped, listened for seconds, before sprinting off the stage.
A mass brawl had begun outside the room, and Stevenson got himself in the middle of it to pull any of his family members out.
Stevenson's manager, James Prince told Yahoo Sports that Stevenson and his mother are fine.
