Written by Jared Parry on 5th June 2022.

Zelfa Barrett won the European super featherweight title, as he defeated Faroukh Kourbanov by a wide unanimous decision. Barrett has been known to get lured into unnecessary trade off's in the past, but on this night he produced a well disciplined performance to comfortably outpoint Kourbanov. Barrett could not afford to slip up because a potential fight with the winner of the main event was a carrot that was dangled.

Dalton Smith defended his WBC Silver international title after Mauro Perouene was pulled out at the end of the sixth round of their contest. Perouene was proving to tough for his own good, but kept coming back. Smith dropped Pereouene heavy in the sixth round after landing at will for a couple of rounds leading up to the retirement.

Calum French came through his first eight rounder in a terrific fight with the tough Gadatamen Taylor. French was declared the winner with the referee's scorecard reading 79-73. Joe Morgan picked up his fourth professional victory as he got a shutout victory over Rustem Fatkhullin.

The Gary Lockett gym was represented by Kyran Jones and Ben Crocker. Crocker got a shutout victory over Evgenii Vazem as he relished his chance on the big stage. Jones also impressed as he dropped Vasif Mamedow on the way to a shutout victory.

Finally, Monique Bux had a nightmare debut, as she just couldn't get into her fight with Ester Konecna, resulting in a loss in her professional debut.
