Francis was working on the weekend when a slight scuffle broke out. One man was ejected and ushered out by Francis and as he left it was apparent the man continued to aggravate Francis and was seen pointing at him. Francis had had enough and as they were off the premises, Francis unleashed a big right hand, leaving the man knocked out.

It's still apparent what caused all this to happen, but it shows that Francis still possesses his heavyweight power, and should not be crossed in his new role, as he can provide rude awakenings.
