18-year-old heavyweight Moses Itauma didn’t waste time on his professional debut, knocking out Marcel Bode in less than 30 seconds.
Itauma wobbled his opponent almost instantly, before sending Bode to the canvas, prompting the referee to stop the bout after 23 seconds.

There was a lot of anticipation ahead of the 18-year-old’s professional debut following an outstanding amateur career. Itauma was chief support on the Artur Beterbiev versus Anthony Yarde and even had WBC heavyweight champion, Tyson Fury, enter his dressing room to pass on words of wisdom.
The young heavyweight experienced something very rare in the lead-up to his debut, as would’ve had to watch his older brother, Karol, get stopped in five rounds earlier on in the night.
Who saw that coming?! 😱

However, the amateur standout came out with a statement of intent and showed the world what the fuss is all about, as he produced a blistering knockout to start what looks to be an exciting and special journey.
