Anthony Taylor stepped through the ropes to essentially beg Floyd Mayweather for a fight whilst the Hall of Famer looked on in bemusement.
As fight week gets underway in Dubai, Floyd Mayweather is getting the pleasure of meeting his miscellany of undercard fighters. Those taking the ring before his exhibition bout with YouTuber, Deji, include the brother of the heavyweight champion of the world, a former US marine, a former MMA fighter, and the winner of season four of Love Island.
The man who caught his attention today was Anthony Taylor (MMA), who encroached on ‘Money’ Mayweather’s personal space by stepping into the ring as the former champion was midway through his public workout. Taylor challenged the now-retired fighter to a fight after this one on Sunday night. Global Titans shared the moment via Twitter.

The look of confusion on Mayweather’s face was a picture – giving off the sense that he didn’t know who Taylor was, never mind if he wanted to fight him of not. He took his gloves off and left the ring.
Taylor has spent the lead up to the event vying for the attention of both the competitors on the card as well as the cameras. He almost got into a fight with John Fury, Tommy and Tyson’s father, at the London press conference, and then wrestled with his opponent on the night, Jack Fincham, on the streets of Dubai.
The former MMA man is a sparring partner of Jake Paul’s and previously lost to Tommy Fury in Cleveland via a decision after a four-round fight. He faces Fincham on the undercard ahead of his former opponents fight with Paul Bamba and Mayweather’s latest exhibition.
