Eggington usually produces brutal classics, but on this night, it was more of a controlled performance which didn't see him get involved in unnecessary trade off's like we've seen in the past. Eggington boxed well and nullified any work from Zysk over the 12 rounds. The scorecards read 119-109x2 and 117-111 all in favour of Eggington, crowning him the new IBO world champion.
The undercard saw a fight of the year contender which saw Tyler Denny defeat River Wilson-Bent in their rematch for the vacant English middleweight title. The pair went toe-to-toe and saw Wilson-Bent get cut over the left eye in the seventh round, before getting cut over the right eye in the tenth. Wilson-Bent was deducted a point for holding in the seventh round, which would ultimately be his downfall as Denny was declared the winner by split decision.
Local man and recent BOXXER series winner Dylan Cheema returned to the home of his greatest night, as he picked up a decision victory over Stu Greener. Adam Azim impressed yet again as he picked up the WBC Youth title, as he blew Anthony Loffet away in a round.

The winner of the super lightweight BOXXER Series Cori Gibbs returned with a victory, as he defeated Carlos Perez over eight rounds. Team GB star Kariss Artingstall followed the success of her partner Lauren Price's pro debut, as she would defeat Vaida Masiokaite on points in her first professional fight.
The latest signing to the BOXXER stable Shakiel Thompson impressed as he scored a shutout victory over Bartosz Glowacki. Kaisee Benjamin adapted well to his late change of opponent, as he defeated Serge Ambomo over six rounds. Aaron McKenna moved to 15-0, as he stopped David Benitez in the seventh round.
Finally, cruiserweight prospect Scott Forrest scored a fourth round knockout over Toni Visic to move to 2-0.
