King Ry Tipped To Be Next For Pacman
Legendary Heavyweight Mike Tyson has said the touted fight between future Hall of Fame fighter Manny Pacquiao and exciting prospect Ryan Garcia was "spoken into existence" on his podcast 'Hot Boxin' with Mike Tyson'
Garcia is fresh off the back of a career best win, a stoppage against former World Title challenger Luke Campbell, a fight in which he himself had climbed off the canvas in.
Now placed among a 'new Fab 4', referencing other Lightweight stars Gervonta 'Tank' Davis, Devin Haney and Teofimo Lopez (a list you could argue is unfair to former king of the division Vasyl Lomachenko), Garcia has captured the imagination of the boxing world.
Training in Eddie Reynoso's gym, alongside P4P fighter Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez and former world Heavyweight champion Andy Ruiz, Garcia would be taking the fight - and likely payday - of a lifetime against the Filipino superstar he recognizes as his all time idol.
Speaking on the podcast with Mike Tyson, Garcia hinted there would be no trash talk in the build up with Pacquiao, as the honor would be overwhelming.
