News broke on social media this morning
Promoter Eddie Hearn has today confirmed that terms have finally been reached for Demetrius Andrade to fight Liam Williams for the WBO World Middleweight Title in the USA in April.
After a long wait for Williams he finally gets his shot at 'Boo Boo' who had previously stated that he was above fighting the likes of the Welshman.
Liam has looked a complete different fighter up at Middleweight since his previously losses to Liam Smith down at light Middleweight he has been destructive at the higher weight and this looks to be a very competitive fight.
Andrade saw a fight with Saunders fall through in recent years, and the pair still find time to back and forth on Twitter, the situation seeming likely they'll meet one day in the future.
Andrade has previously had fights fall through with British boxer Billy Joe Saunders in a stop start career thus far it's been a frustrating few years for boo boo having boxed just twice in a little over 18 months last January stopping Luke Keeler. Williams stopped Andrew Robinson last October to cement his position as WBO mandatory.
Date and Venue TBA shortly
